Alan has been a licensed full time real estate agent since 2016. He has closed over 300+ transactions as either a Seller’s agent and or a Buyer’s agent. Alan is a five-star Zillow performer and has received numerous awards in the real estate industry. He was the Keller Williams “Rookie of the Year” in 2016 and earned the prestigious January “Baltimore Rising Star” in Real Producers Magazine in 2017. In 2018 he was awarded Baltimore Black Wall Street Realtor of the year. He has been featured in the Baltimore Times newspaper twice for his real estate performance as well as other media outlets such as 92.3 radio.
