With a family legacy spanning over 40 years in real estate, Demberia was instilled with the values of homeownership and property investment from a young age. Prior to her illustrious career in real estate, Demberia earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faulkner University. She then spent 18 years honing her skills in the corporate world, working for a prominent telecommunications company. Throughout her tenure, she held various senior leadership positions in client services, sales support, and training and development, gaining invaluable experience in customer relations and strategic planning. In 2022, fueled by her passion for real estate and driven by a desire to make a difference in her community, Demberia embarked on a new journey by founding her own brokerage, Sunny Day Realty. With a clear mission to be a beacon of excellence in the Tennessee Valley real estate market, Sunny Day Realty is dedicated to assisting clients in building wealth through buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
