She comes from an entrepreneurial family, so interpersonal and customer skills were embedded in her genetics, and intuitively knows what type of property her client is looking for, even if the client has not expressed it. Erica's ability to observe and listen to the client's needs has allowed her to become a client favorite realtor. Her love for real estate derived from 9 years of working in commercial real estate property management. She met many people along her professional journey that influenced her desire to change somebody's world. Her enthusiasm for helping others and knowing how beautiful property ownership can be is what motivates her to connect with buyers and sellers and to exceed their expectations throughout the entire process. She takes pride in how she represents her clients by remaining honest and open while negotiating on her client's behalf as if it were her own money, and handling every minute detail to ensure her clients can have peace of mind knowing that the job is done right the first time.
