Gisselle Victoria Ramirez
Sales Associate
As a 21-year-old who is ready to venture into real estate ownership and investments of her own, I took on the journey of obtaining my real estate license. I believed the best way for me to learn was by dealing with the real estate world first hand. I wanted to understand the ins and outs of transactions, the advantages of ownership, and uncover any loopholes in the system. So, I surrounded myself with professionals who were constantly buying and selling properties. I figured if I’m surrounded by people who do this on a daily I too can achieve my real estate goals. Just four months after getting my license, an unexpected opportunity arose. The landlord of my family's restaurant expressed interest in selling, and thankfully, we had the right of first offer in our lease. We wasted no time in seizing the chance to buy the building. I found myself as the realtor handling the transaction for my family. It was my first ever deal, and it was an eye-opener. Serving as both buyer and realtor I realized then that being a realtor wasn't about pushing sales—my role is more than salesmanship. It’s about being the expert, using my knowledge and network, seamlessly connecting clients with top-tier professionals—lenders, attorneys, and more—to guide clients through the process.
Negotiation is second nature, growing up with four brothers taught me a thing or two about negotiation, and I bring those skills to the table, ensuring all parties reach a mutual understanding and agreement on sales terms. Understanding that all parties in a transaction should reap benefits is what distinguishes a Realtor from a salesman. I signed up to do the heavy lifting so my clients wouldn't have to. Luckily, I genuinely love this business, so it never feels like work to me. My purpose isn’t to sell; it’s to empower you to achieve your real estate aspirations. The same way I envision for myself. And I believe my journey in this career, and the timing of it all, is guided by something bigger than myself.
