Malcha Banks

Malcha, a New York native born and raised, holds a college degree in Paralegal Studies. Her first job opportunity as a legal professional was as a real estate and family law paralegal. It was during her time as a real estate paralegal that she developed an interest in the real estate industry. In 2007, Malcha relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to explore other opportunities and advance her career. Later on, she became a first-time home buyer, which further ignited her passion for real estate. She recalls the challenges she faced during the home buying process and wants to ensure that her clients don't face the same difficulties that many home buyers encounter. Malcha is now a Licensed Realtor and a proud member of the Norman & Associates family. As a mother who enjoys spending time with her children, she understands that a home is not just a place, but a feeling where memories are made. She looks forward to assisting clients in locating their dream home and creating memories of their own.
