About
Nicole Stallings
Sales Associate
Greetings, my name is Nicole Stallings and I am a native of Boston, MA who has earned a college degree in pre-law with a major in criminology and accountancy as a minor. In 2010 I was presented a merit award by the Honorable Valerie Yarashus-President of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Honorable Judge Ordonez of Massachusetts Probate, for my active participation in the MBA Tier Mentoring program in its first year launched. My main focus is community service and becoming the liaison that can transform tenants into homeowners, with a plethora of partnerships and affiliates to help achieve this goal.
To give you a brief: my onset into the real estate field began when I was 12 years old, working alongside my mom, who was a real estate investor in the state of Massachusetts. Being guided by my mom as a mentor, I became an expert in working with distressed properties, multifamily rentals, foreclosures, property management, and assisting with curing evictions for members of the community; and the process continues. My mentorship under the guidance of my mom came to a crashing end when my mom passed away in 2021 from COVID-19. To carry on the work that my mom began, I continue to be an advocate for the members of my community, to serve as a gateway towards building generational wealth, through real estate.
During my downtime, I run a real estate forum, named after my mom, that combines all minority-owned small businesses, into one sector of shared networks. I like to sing, write, dance, research, and create animated marketing content. My passion to bring smiles on the face of others is my drive and being able to help resolve the issue of the scarcity of affordable housing, faced within our communities across the nation is my main goal. Because of this, all of my clients are my priority.
So if you're looking for an agent who will diligently work hard to protect you from the caveat emptor of today's market, I assure you that I am the agent that you are looking for.
