ATL is one of the Best Places for First Time Home Buyers
With ownership being such an important and expensive step in life, most people want to do it right the first time. WalletHub did an article showing all the best and worst cities for first time home buyer and Atlanta came in at #25 of the list of best place! This list was based off of quality of life, market rank, and affordability. The average price that homes in Atlanta (for the average middle-class family) is around $275,000.
This price understandably gets more expensive the closer to the city you get. Roswell was also on this list, located about 25-30 minutes from Atlanta. It was listed as #31 in the nation and is known to be a little more suburban or residential with more space and prices around $300,000.
